With the leaves turning from green to brown in a few months time, and summer seeming just like yesterday, the news of new collaborations seem like just the right thing to bring the sparkle back in people’s eyes with winter just around the corner. This brand new collaboration launching this November in H&M stores worldwide will mark the first time an american designer has partnered up with the swedish retail giant for their much anticipated designer collaborations.

If you’ve been checking your instagram feeds lately, black and white photographs seem to be trending on both the designer (@alexanderwangny) and the retailer’s (@hm) instagram feeds. These seemingly cryptic filtered photographs reveal very little about what we can hope to see in stores later on this year but from what we’ve seen so far boxing gloves key chains with the alexander wang logo gives hint that the collection would most likely be centred around sportswear which is a area the designer is most well-known for. This secrecy ploy is well played since we all love a good mystery and the curtains seem to be tightly shut for the moment so until the leaves start falling when november arrives we’ll be all left in the dark wondering.
