Better start taking your vitamins: Gwyneth Paltrow’s holistic wellness brand is bringing their popular wellness summit to Canada. The one day event, called In goop Health, will be taking place at the iconic Stanley Park Pavillion in Vancouver on October 27th.

The fall event marks the first international iteration of the summit, which has been previously held in New York and LA. Hosted by goop’s chief content officer Elise Loehnen, the event will be an intimate version of previous installments, with a specific focus on panels and workshops, covering topics from coping with anxiety to changing your relationships to decoding gut health. Attendees will also have the chance to experience thought-provoking discussions with leading industry voices.

At last night’s dinner in Montreal, Paltrow dined with esteemed guests like our cover girl Maripier Morin and stylist Annie Horth, where she spoke on her decision to expand goop’s influence in Canada.

“We have a lot of admiration for the Canadian state of mind,” she told her dinner companions at Agrikol, where she hosted the dinner announcing the news. “You guys are ahead of us in a lot of things—marijuana, universal health care, the environment, a million things. We like we have a kinship with the Canadian mindset—it felt like a natural extension to come up here.”

The October summit’s key events will be three featured issue-focused talks with doctors, scientists, entrepreneurs, and boundary-pushing celebrities (names are still TBD, but perhaps Paltrow will make an appearance herself?); there will be wellness workshops including one for your spirit, one for your body, and one for beauty; food offerings will be an array of health-driven plates made by top vendors and chefs in Vancity; and a massive retail hall, including “pharmacy” booths, an athleisure shop, and a clean beauty apothecary.

A ticket for the coveted In goop Health will be $400 CAD (plus tax), but you’ll need to act fast as there’s a limited quantity: only 200! Sales begin today (August 22nd) at, where more information on speakers, vendors, and the schedule will be released in the coming weeks.
