Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss are featured as the faces of Burberry’s newest fragrance, My Burberry, shot by world renowned photographer Mario Testino under the artistic direction of Christopher Bailey.

The new My Burberry fragrance was created to represent the heritage of the Burberry trench coat and the brand’s artistic director Christopher Bailey designed the fragrance with perfumer Francis Kurkdjian bearing in mind the way customers often refer to their Burberry trenches as “My Burberry”.  Drawing inspiration from the city of London from which the Burberry brand has long established its heritage, the fragrance features notes of geranium, freesia, sweet pea and damask and centifolia roses, reminding one of the scent of the fresh smell of a London garden after a rain shower.

To make the experience even more personal, customers can personalize the bottle with their initials which can be done on the Burberry website or in select stores. For a more instant personal touch, My Burberry customers can project their own initials onto the bottles featured on several campaign billboards around the cities of London and New York, and a live mapping guide will then direct them to the nearest Burberry store to pick up their new uniquely monogramed My Burberry perfume bottle.


The campaign for the fragrance features two of the most sought after British models on the fashion scene, Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne. Although both models have been both active on the fashion scene, this campaign marks the first time the two British beauties have ever worked together on set. “For me it was so amazing to work with Kate, this was my first time. Although I’ve known her for a while I’ve never seen her at work,” Delevingne told VOGUE. “On set she is just amazing and even more magnetic, everybody watched her.”

The duo makes the perfect choice to be the faces of the new fragrance since both have long been featured on several Burberry campaigns. “I keep fragrance for special occasions.  I’m very specific about what scents I wear and my fragrance has to suit my emotions,” Delevingne told VOGUE. “My Burberry is fresh and easy to wear – and very elegant.” Moss adds on by saying, “What I love about My Burberry is how timeless it is – it’s a fragrance that is so effortless, you can wear it anytime, and anywhere.”
