Extremely fresh, soft textured, and combined with creamy avocado and sweet mango – this is how La Champagnerie serves their Cobia Sashimi. Come dine with us as we taste their new summer menu.

Every Wednesday evening should commence with a glass of bubbly. Domaine Guy Chaumont Cremant de Bourgogne Brut from France to be exact. We cleansed our palettes to prepare ourselves for the succulent three course ahead.

TEASER: COBIA SASHIMI – cucumbers, radishes, apples BC Cavier &
FRESH OYSTERS – house mignonette

PLEASER: SEAFOOD PLATTER, POUTINE, CRABE ROYAL

INDULGER: SOPAPILLAS & FONDANT AU CHOCOLAT

Better shared between two people minimum,  the Sopapillas decadent dessert must be eaten within five minutes of arriving to your table. The ice cream is quick to melt, and one shouldn’t have to spoon an ice cream soup.

The dark chocolate that poured from the Chocolate Fondat was delicious on its own. This gluten-free delight was a perfect ending to our dinner, it was slowly devoured to make every bite last.
