Lady Gaga is the face of Tiffany‘s new jewelry collection.

I’ve never been a big fan of Lady Gaga. I know that by writing this here, I probably antagonize half of my friends and readers. But hey, a girl has to be honest right? It wasn’t until I started following more of her humanitarian work, that I realized what an awesome human being she is. More than just a flashy pop singer who is trying to provoke (yes, I still remember her meat dress), she actually deeply cares about her fans and being close to them.

This quality is probably one of the reasons why Tiffany has decided to collaborate with her to advertise their new fashion jewelry collection, Tiffany HardWear. Described by the brand as a collection that “embodies the strength and spirit of the modern woman, imbued with the soul of New York”, it offers bold 18k gold and sterling silver pieces including include earrings, rings, necklaces and pendants.

The short film released during the latest Super Bowl features the star sharing her love for the famous jewelry brand, along with sharing her thoughts on fame and success in the music industry.”Oh it’s pretentious to talk about, you know, how creative you are. But I don’t feel that way. I think it’s empowering and important and I’m coming for you” she says.

Talking more about the brand, she also explains what attracted her about the collection: “I love Tiffany HardWear because it’s different and elegant—but it’s not what you would expect of elegance. That’s like me I think—I’m a bit different,” said Lady Gaga. “To me, Tiffany is definitive and iconic, yet continues to push and evolve with the times.”
