Shopping at Nouveau Noir is like taking a trip inside your stylish best friend’s closet

If there’s one boutique we can’t get enough of, it’s Le Nouveau Noir on Crescent at the heart of Downtown Montreal. Launched in 2014 by Panamanian sisters Daria and Dania Lecomples and their best friend and L.A native, Salimah Jivani, this boutique is exactly what the doctor ordered for our incurable shopping disease. Noticing a gap in the market, these three young entrepreneurs opened a store featuring edgy and trendy pieces that are every fashion girl’s eye candy.

At Le Nouveau Noir, you’ll find exclusive brands from L.A and Australia, such as Keepsake the Label, Quay Eyewear, Rails, Black Orchid, Amuse Society, Ministry of Style, and Wyldr. The look? We’re calling it boho chic with a pinch of attitude. With an active social media presence featuring some of your favourite bloggers and the owners themselves, this boutique has a personal touch that connects shoppers to the store while inviting them in as if it were their best friend’s home. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m just about ready to go shopping. How’s tomorrow?
