banner-rad-fw15Under rain showers, Montreal raised Unisex designer Rad Hourani wows spectators with another spectacularly designed collection at Fall/Winter 2015 Paris Haute Couture Week.

A favorite on the Montreal Fashion Scene Unisex Haute Couture designer Rad Hourani became the first ever designer to present a unisex haute couture collection during paris haute couture week with his first unisex haute couture show back in July 2012. Setting his brand apart from the rest of the fashion industry’s conventional ways, both of his unixsex couture and unisex ready to wear collections aren’t categorized by season but rather by a series of chronological numbers.
The unfortunate circumstances of the weather that day at the Paris Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2015 show did not stop spectators to watch on under the cover of over-sized umbrellas while the rain showers set the atmosphere to his collection #12 which featured black and shimmering tweed origami-like wrap coats done with silver threads and sequins, and well tailored layered structural leather jackets. The unexpected use of the colour olive was featured on cigarette pants and tri-layered jackets that were also part of the designer’s collection, shows a fresh side of the designer’s work and him gravitating away from his usual aesthetics of black and white palette shown in his previous collections.
