banner-big-bjorkThe eccentric artist well-known for her out of this world music, style and outfits will have her own exposition next year at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

The museum just announced it will be presenting an exposition looking back at the 20 years of career of the Icelandic singer.  Through her art and seven albums, the exposition will showcase an installation which will present a retrospective of her work. It will also present her career in a biographical and chronological way starting from her debut in the industry in 1993.
The organizer of the exposition Klaus Biesenbach – Chief Curator at Large at MoMA- talks with passion about the project. “Björk is an extraordinarily innovative artist whose contributions to contemporary music, video, film, fashion and art have had a major impact on her generation worldwide. This highly experimental exhibition offers visitors a direct experience of her hugely collaborative body of work” he said.
The retrospective will be launched on March 7th and will run until June 7th, 2015.
