Chevrolet releases 2020 Corvette Stingray Convertible
Chevrolet is releasing its very first mid-engine, retractable hardtop convertible Corvette, a reimagination of the classic Corvette.
Continuing its foray into creating a new generation of Chevrolet vehicles, the 2020 Stingray’s retractable top can retract at up to 30 MPH in 16 seconds, and performs just as well when the top goes down. Maintaining the same storage as the coupe, the Corvette is a practical mid-engine supercar. The retractable top takes no space away from the trunk and also features a roomy front compartment. The Stingray has a 495 horsepower, can hit a top speed of 312 km/h, and has eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, proving to be the best version of Chevrolet’s two-seater sports cars. Not only is the car still practical and functional, but it can easily still hold its own on the track.
