One of the best parties of the summer is happening this week!

Summer is sadly coming to an end, taking with it a cohort of music festivals. Before saying goodbye to those wild moments under the sun, there is one last event you need to attend! Ile Soniq electronic music festival is taking place the 14th and 15th of August, with an impressive lineup and the promise of dancing until sunset.

Die Antwoord - Friday 14th

Even if you never heard their music before, you at least know the name. This South African duo sings and raps with their unique take on hip hop music, and they have gained a lot of praise and attention in the media these last years. Their show in Montreal last summer was qualified as “crazy and sexy” and their performance at Ile Soniq might be even more savage.

Kristian Nairn - Saturday 15th

Know as the guy embodying Hodor in the uber popular tv show Game of Thrones, Kristian Nairn is also a prolific DJ. Having played in Europe for over ten years, he went on a tour in 2014 called “Rave of Thrones” inspired by the music and costumes of the series. He will be at the festival on Saturday, ready to blast some dance music.

Black Tiger Sex Machine - Saturday 15th

This local formation of music producers has been around since 2012. With their heavy electro sound and strong visuals, they found their way to the last edition of Lollapalooza music festival. Well known for their live performances, the group sports Tiger Helmets on stage. Their set promises to be an insane party.

Kiesza - Saturday 15th

Since the release of her first single “Hideaway” last year, this Canadian artist has been at the top of the British charts. Qualified by many as being into Disclosure mold, she wasn’t afraid of learning five completely new dance styles in less than three days. Her presence on stage is comparable to a 90`s siren singing with her beautiful and vocal dance anthems.

And more…

This year, the festivals VIP is being taken over by Drysdale Group and Brahm Mauer Bar Services. The prices range from $2350 up to $7500, depending on the amount of people you are coming with, the amount of alcohol you are looking for, and whether it is for a one or two day pass. All booths come with tickets to the show and private bottle service. For more information, contact the Drysdale Group at [email protected]
